36x30H Crawlspace Well & Cover Package

 

 

This is a combination well and cover package.  HINGED COVER

 

The measurements for this well are: 36" width x 30" projection, heights from 24", 30", 36".

The well is made with 18 gauge galvanized steel, the top is 3/4" rolled for extra strength and safety.

Comes with pre-punched flanges for easy attachment to the foundation wall.

The cover is made with 1/4" hdpe plastic material with UV protection, has an aluminum hinge to allow for access without removing the complete cover.

Comes with a thumb latch lock to secure the cover and not allow the wind to lift it.

This item is shipped with all the necessary mounting hardware and easy installation instructions.

 

WILL SUPPORT 250 lbs.
